1. Website Use and Eligibility
Use of the BII Research website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their current version.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use this website. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use the services provided through the website.
BII Research reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website.
2. Course Registration, Cancellation and Postponement
All cancellations and postponements must be submitted in written form.
Client Cancellation
If a participant cancels their participation in a course, the following rules apply:

No cancellation consequences if cancellation occurs not less than 14 days prior to the course start date.

Limited participation rights may apply if cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days prior to the course start date.

No participation rights apply if cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the course start date.
Client Postponement
If a participant requests to postpone participation, BII Research may allow the participant to attend an alternative course scheduled within 12 months from the original course date, subject to availability.
BII Research Cancellation or Postponement
If BII Research cancels or postpones a course, participants may choose to attend the same course at a later date or an alternative course scheduled within 12 months, subject to availability.
3. Trainer and Location
The selection of trainers and training locations is at the sole discretion of BII Research.
While every reasonable effort will be made to maintain continuity, BII Research reserves the right to change the trainer, training format, or training location at any time prior to the commencement of the course.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, documentation, and learning resources are the intellectual property of BII Research and/or its expert trainers.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, shared, recorded, reproduced, or used for any purpose without prior written consent from BII Research.
5. Health and Safety
Participants must comply with all applicable Health and Safety policies and procedures issued by BII Research or its partner organisations, particularly when courses are delivered at third-party or leased premises.
Failure to comply with Health and Safety requirements may result in suspension or exclusion from the course and/or premises without further obligation on the part of BII Research.
6. Limitation of Liability
BII Research shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the website or participation in courses, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
